Ajinkya Rahane is a veteran of the Indian team and a proven performer in Test cricket. Although he hasn’t been in good form in Test cricket since, Shreyas Iyer’s absence made him an obvious choice for the WTC final.

Ravindra Jadeja is one of the best all-rounders of this generation. He is a brilliant batsman who can score runs in all conditions. He is also an excellent bowler who can take wickets at every stage of the match. He is a gun fielder too. Seeing his incredible form in recent years, there is no doubt that he will be in the starting XI of the WTC final.
